Since 1995, I have had the pleasure of working with maritime electronics at Brommeland Elektronikk AS. Although my role has evolved from technician to Service Manager, and eventually to Managing Director and co-owner, my heart has always remained in the technical work. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of solving a challenging troubleshooting case or designing the perfect system setup on board. The industry has changed immensely over the decades. As electronics have become more advanced, the need for smart integration has grown. For me, Actisense has been an indispensable partner throughout this journey. My collaboration with Active Research Ltd. began 20 years ago, when I met Phil and Andy at METS in Amsterdam.
