Why doesn’t my default password work on my device?

Units with logins no longer have a default password of “admin” as they historically have done due to new EU regulations. All units now come with a randomly generated password which is provided on a sticker on the device. Of course, this is best practice for secure passwords.

Once you have logged in for the first time, the device will prompt you to change the password should you wish.
