invalid JSON with Error:’<unspecified file>(209): invalid code sequence’

If you are encountering the above error when trying to launch the Actisense Toolkit, then please follow the below steps to solve your problem.

On your Windows PC, navigate to Settings > Time & Language > Administrative language settings > Change system locale.

From here, tick the box labelled “Beta: User Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support”

Press “Ok” and then relaunch the Toolkit software.
