NGT-1 Command Group Function

We have a couple of these and we are trying to use them to debug some our NMEA messaging.

It seem the NMEA Reader and EBL software does not work with Command Group Function PGNS (PGN: 126208)
It always tries to show them as Request Group Functions even though field 1 is set to 1 which is command not request.

And is there a way to add some kind of custom data processor?
Also the PGN being commanded or requested is a known PGN in the library. Entertainment for example.
Why can these fields not be decoded automatically? If the PGN is sent directly it is decoeded.
