Hi,
Following a successful set up a few weeks ago I now cant join the WiFi network of the W2K. I have tried forgetting the network and power-cycling it. The phone connects to the network, but never actually connects (on IOS the wifi icon never shows up, despite being selected and joined on the wifi page)Any support is appreciated. I would much rather not have to reset the device.
