The NGX-1 resets to Convert mode every time I power it off – how do I fix this?

This is a known issue with earlier NGX-1 firmware. The fix is to update to latest firmware v3.068, which adds the ability for the device to remember its last-used operating mode across power cycles. See the Firmware Updates section for how to update.
